Refund Policy
The way to request a refund depends on where you made your purchase. The BLS LLC company website does not currently take payments.
Effective September 22, 2026
App Store purchases
For a purchase billed by Apple, request a refund through Apple's refund page. Apple determines eligibility under its policies and applicable law.
Google Play purchases
For a purchase billed by Google Play, use Google Play's refund request process. Eligibility can depend on the purchase and when you request a refund. If Google directs you to the developer, email us.
Other purchases
If BLS LLC later offers direct purchases, the refund terms shown at checkout or in the relevant product agreement will apply, subject to any rights you have under applicable law. If you believe BLS LLC billed you directly and cannot find those terms, contact us with the product name, purchase date, and transaction reference. Please do not email a full payment card number.
Subscriptions
Canceling a subscription stops future renewals according to the terms of the platform or product where you subscribed. Cancellation does not automatically refund a past charge. Request any refund through the billing provider or product terms that apply to your purchase.
